I've been a happy owner of a Fenix 6X Pro (bought in December 2020) but the start/stop button stopped functioning. I'm on vacation by the sea, and did some surf and swim with it, and I suspect the salt might have blocked the button or something like that. I followed the instructions explained here:

System 5 will cover the same units, and again there will be some things that only work on 4.0.x hardware, and in 2022 there will be units which support the on-device app store, which won’t work on 3.2.x units or the current 4.0.x units. It is a bit confusing, not least that System 4 covers some 3.x.y units as well as 4.0.x!

On my recently purchased fenix 6pro the back button has stopped working. With the other buttons you can feel / hear a click when pressed. The back button now simply goes in but nothing happens. Very disappointed. Not good for such an expensive watch. . A dedicated community for Garmin users to ask questions, provide answers, and share feedback.
