You're basically talking about free flying on Skyscale which has been requested many times already. Personally i'm all for it as the current "limits" on the Skyscales flight ability are completely pointless.I've said many times that free flying wouldn't change anything as the Skyscale can already do everything that people against free flying claim would be "gamebreaking" if it had that ability.

Edit skyscale's flight model so that it would have max achievable height absolute to the ground directly below it. What do i mean? Example: When you go up, you could reach certain maximum height as you can now, but when you move forward, it won't deplete. Wait, it's not as broken as it sounds.
