I do and I notice, even when I'm not in the game but in normal usage, that sometimes it'll drift of it's own accord when I'm not touching the mouse. The only way I've found to fix it is to hit esc and resume over and over which can take a few tries or several minutes, and it could just happen again next time I go to the menu.

Silent Aug 4, 2016 @ 2:42am. Without downgrading and installing GInput, you should be able to do so by setting Controller Mode to Joypad in Controls Setup - but then, the mouse becomes unusable. As far as I'm aware, there is no win-win solution w/out GInput, unless you go back and forth to the menus every time you want to switch from controller

problem is not going away, especially when driving or fighting. When you. start to fight or drive, the camera goes nuts and correcting it takes. several seconds. Hopefully they will put out a patch or someone will make a. mod that gives us Vice City type controls.
I want to disable only camera control in SA, nothing more, like simply disabling the mouse, but I also need to read the mouse movement The opcode 01B4: (SET_PLAYER_CONTROL) disables camera control, but also the player movement.
